Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we provide our website and professional services, including glass window repair, replacement, installation, and related glazing works. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

Services

We specialise in the supply, repair, and installation of glass windows and related glazing systems for both residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to site inspection, feasibility assessment, and written confirmation before work commences.

We aim to deliver high-quality workmanship using professional standards and industry-approved materials. However, service availability may vary depending on location, project size, material availability, and scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service where necessary, including but not limited to safety concerns, non-compliance with regulations, or unsuitable site conditions.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the client and/or observations made during site visits. Quotes are estimates only and may be subject to change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions arise during the project.

Prices are valid for a limited period as stated on the quotation document and may be withdrawn or revised after expiry. Any changes in scope, design, materials, or installation requirements requested by the client may result in additional charges.

We will always communicate significant price changes before proceeding with any additional work. Acceptance of a quote confirms your agreement to the pricing, scope, and terms outlined within it.

Appointments & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and timely access to the property on the agreed date and time of service. This includes providing necessary permissions, keys, parking access, and any relevant site instructions.

Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete preparation, inaccurate information, or site unavailability may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel appointments where safe or practical access is not possible.

Our team will always aim to arrive within the scheduled timeframe; however, delays due to traffic, weather, or operational factors may occasionally occur.

Payments

Payment terms will be clearly outlined before the commencement of any work. Depending on the project, we may require a deposit to secure materials and schedule installation dates, with the remaining balance payable upon completion or in agreed stages.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services, delayed completion, or additional administrative charges. In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue legal recovery of outstanding amounts.

All payments must be made using the methods specified on the invoice. Ownership of supplied materials remains with us until full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change; however, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations may incur charges to cover labour scheduling, administrative costs, or materials already ordered. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

We also reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, supply chain delays, staff illness, or emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment as soon as possible.

Materials & Product Variations

We use high-quality, industry-standard glass and glazing materials sourced from trusted suppliers. While we strive for consistency, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or thickness may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered normal.

Such variations do not affect performance or durability and do not constitute a defect. Clients acknowledge that natural materials and glass products may have slight tolerances and imperfections within acceptable industry standards.

Any custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be faulty or not in accordance with the agreed specification.

Warranty & Liability

Where applicable, we may provide warranties on workmanship and/or materials, the details of which will be clearly stated at the time of service. Warranty coverage typically excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, structural movement, or third-party alterations.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any claim shall be limited to the value of the service provided.

We take all reasonable care in delivering our services; however, no guarantee is provided against future environmental factors such as weather-related wear, building settlement, or external impact.

Property Damage

Our team operates with care and professionalism at all times, taking reasonable precautions to minimise disruption or damage during installation or repair work.

However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural weaknesses, hidden defects, or damage that may arise due to conditions beyond our control. Clients are advised to ensure that the working area is safe and suitable before commencement of work.

Any concerns or issues must be reported immediately upon completion of the service so that they can be assessed and addressed appropriately.

Third-Party Services

We may engage subcontractors, suppliers, or third-party service providers to assist in delivering certain aspects of our work. These third parties are selected based on professional standards and reliability.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure quality, we are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our direct control. Any subcontracted work will still be managed under our overall service agreement with the client.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements, or service offerings.

Any updates will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We encourage disputes to be resolved amicably in the first instance through direct communication before legal proceedings are considered.
