We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to help accelerate our expansion by identifying new opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and contributing to long-term business success.

The Opportunity

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying emerging market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing initiatives that increase revenue and support sustainable business growth.

Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will help translate commercial opportunities into measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Develop and implement initiatives that support business growth and market expansion
* Identify prospective clients, partnerships, and new revenue streams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and commercial partners
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
* Lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements
* Track performance metrics and provide insights to support business planning
* Support financial planning activities, including forecasting and revenue analysis

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to drive growth.

You should have:

* Demonstrated experience in business development, commercial strategy, or a similar role
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Experience interpreting financial data, budgets, and forecasts
* Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
* The confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes
* Experience within the property, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, or related sectors would be advantageous
